Mission of the Day: Quick Healthy Dinner Full of Energy

Today was just one of those days.  You know “those days”.  I had too much to do.  Appointments for work were over scheduled, the kids school day seemed to fly by, the husband was actually going to be home for dinner, Julianne had soccer practice and Johanna had Tae Kwan Do.  Geesh!

Clean Dinner Solution:  Organic Pasta, Jar of Organic Garlic Tomator Sauce, Organic Mozerella Cheese, and a plentiful Organic Raw Veggie Salad.

Dinner was cooked in under twenty minutes, everyone had full tummy’s when going out the door and we have left overs for tomorrow, which I’m sure will be just as hectic!
